2. Service Description

BUSTA is an AI-powered brand design studio with brand memory that enables users to create professional packaging designs using artificial intelligence. The Service includes both self-service design tools and optional "Done For You" professional design services.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use BUSTA to create, generate, or process content that:

  • Adult Content: Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-only material
  • Obscene Material: Contains vulgar, offensive, or obscene imagery or text
  • Illegal Content: Promotes or depicts illegal activities, substances, or products
  • Harmful Content: Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate speech
  • Deceptive Content: Creates counterfeit products, trademark infringement, or fraudulent materials
  • Child Safety: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Privacy Violations: Contains personal information of others without consent

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and refuse service to anyone who violates these content policies.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original content, brand names, and trademarks you provide to the Service.

Generated Designs: Designs created using BUSTA are licensed to you for commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated designs does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Our Platform: BUSTA, including its design, code, and AI models, remains the property of BUSTA and its licensors.

5. Payment and Refunds

Free Trial: New users receive a limited free trial. No payment is required for the trial period.

Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel at any time.

Done For You Service: The $250 service fee is non-refundable once work begins. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if work has not commenced.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED DESIGNS WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PURPOSE, OR FREE FROM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONFLICTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
